- Installation of a large soffit area to enhance architectural lines and provide cover.
Interior Renovation:
- Completely new layout designed for modern living.
- Four bedrooms and two living rooms providing space and flexibility.
- Three fully tiled bathrooms with contemporary fixtures.
- New kitchen installation featuring modern cabinetry, benchtops, and appliances.
- New stairwell for a fresh, open connection between levels.
- Double garage with integrated storage.
- All new flooring and carpet throughout.
- Full interior repaint for a crisp, modern finish.
- Additional storage cupboards strategically added.
